In an era where AI is transforming industries and reshaping economies, Angelo Biasi stands at the forefront of a movement that is more urgent and revolutionary than ever. As the founder of Solvably and Credably.ai, an active learning and authentic + AI-powered assessment solution, Biasi has made it his mission to equip students, educators and professionals with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in the AI-driven future.
By blending AI Literacy, Human Intelligence (HI), and workforce innovation, he has created a transformative approach to learning and assessment that empowers individuals to solve tomorrow’s problems today—at scale, with evidence and measurable impact.
The Urgency: Bridging the AI Literacy Gap
AI is no longer the future—it i now. Yet, as the World Economic Forum has pointed out, fewer than 25 percent of workers feel confident using AI tools in their jobs. McKinsey reports that organizations leveraging AI and data-driven decision-making achieve up to a 20 percent productivity boost over their competitors.
This gap between AI’s potential and the workforce’s readiness to harness it underscores a critical need for innovation in education and training. “AI alone isn’t enough,” Biasi explains. “The human element—our creativity, empathy, and ingenuity—fuels meaningful innovation. The future belongs to those who can blend these strengths with AI-powered tools. Ultimately, innovation creates value, and AI serves as a powerful force multiplier.” In a world where many are starting to understand the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ of navigating this new, uncertain future, Biasi claims that too many remain confused with the ‘how.’

The Vision: AI + HI + Innovation as the Future of Learning
At the heart of Biasi’s vision is the intersection of AI, HI, and innovation. Solvably and Credably.ai embody this philosophy by reimagining how people learn, collaborate, and solve problems.
Solvably is a platform where students and professionals engage in real-world, challenge-based scenarios. By applying AI tools to solve problems by job role/function (corporate), major (higher education), and standards-aligned subjects (K12), participants experience active learning that goes far beyond rote memorization. Learners work in teams through a scaffolded process, developing hard-to-track soft skills like collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and communication.
“It’s as if design thinking + Google docs on steroids + constructivism and human agency found in escape-rooms—had a baby,” said Biasi. “What makes Solvably different is that it is rooted in a collaborative, creative problem-solving process, along with authentic assessment. Participants don’t just learn—they use their human intelligence to create actionable solutions, or innovations, evaluate their own and each other’s skills, and then witness the impact of their decisions. This all adds to increased understanding, application, and cognitive recall.”
Credably.ai is a platform that extends this philosophy by offering scalable, comprehensive AI-powered evaluations and certifications that focus on performance, not just knowledge retention. “Traditional assessments measure what you know,” Biasi explains. “Credably.ai measures what you do. That’s the difference between learning for a test and learning for life.”
He describes this innovation as if a million cameras were capturing an escape-room experience and, on the way out, a report was generated sharing specific competencies exhibited, along with a critique of the deliverable. “Using this technology, we’re not only able to gain insights into specific learner competencies and areas for improvement, but also the innovation’s feasibility, implementation plans, and even potential career trajectories,” said Biasi.
Credably.ai’s newest feature, CertLab, allows organizations to create custom AI-powered certifications based on specific skills and performance criteria. For example, its latest certification, “Creating an Innovation and AI Culture,” helps corporate professionals develop and track key skills like innovation management, strategic planning, AI literacy, critical thinking, adaptability, and resilience.
The Value: Real-World Impact at Scale
By combining experiential learning with performance-based certification, Solvably and Credably.ai deliver measurable, meaningful outcomes:
For K12 Education: The Edison Awards (https://www.edisonawards.com/) recently partnered with Solvably/Credably.ai to support a community workforce challenge where 18 teams of high school students used AI + HI to solve local workforce shortages in healthcare, education, construction, SMBs, and manufacturing. The facilitated process ran over four weeks. Winning innovations will be announced with cash prizes and an invitation to the Edison Awards, this Spring.
“Angelo’s vision has transformed how we think about and approach AI, HI, and Innovation,” says Frank Bonafilia, Founder of the Edison Awards. “Solvably and Credably.ai is, in my opinion, a powerful tool ‘everyone’ should consider to advance the way we teach, learn, and innovate.”
For Higher Education: Rowan University’s College of Education hosted a “Day of AI + HI Literacy,” bringing together 16 area superintendents who engaged in teams to solve real-world district-level challenges tailored to their most pressing issue—data analysis. Using design thinking via the Solvably platform, participants created deliverables, shared insights, and deepened their understanding of AI + HI in education leadership. Prior to the event,
AI literacy was low, with many administrators admitting little to no AI application knowledge. Post-event, all participants rated themselves as empowered, shifting from basic awareness to proactive AI implementation. Each received detailed Credably.ai certifications, reports, and mock implementation plans for all of the teams’ innovations.
“The Solvably / Credably.ai solution bridges the gap between learning, doing, and employability with AI, HI, and Innovation,” says David Lindenmuth, Director of the Rowan Institute for Educational Leadership. “It’s a game-changer.”
For Corporations: Cognizant, a Fortune 200 company, selected Solvably to support an AI + HI Literacy training program for its strategic growth and solutions teams. The objective was to “Use AI to Improve Relationships with Customers such that Cognizant is viewed as a leader in AI solutions.” Two international teams of eight Cognizant sales executives from various locations (US, India, Qatar, and the UK) collaborated synchronously and asynchronously throughout the Solvably creative problem-solving process, developing innovative AI-driven solutions.

The project concluded with teams presenting actionable deliverables to leadership and evaluating their own and their peer’s soft skills. Deliverables included AI tools and systems designed to enhance client communication, go-to-market strategies, and pre-sales initiatives.
“The process helped provide a game plan on how to best become more AI-Literate and/or Ready,” stated a program participant.
The Call to Action: Solving Tomorrow, Today
As industries evolve at an unprecedented pace, the urgency for AI literacy and workforce innovation cannot be overstated. Angelo Biasi’s work offers a powerful blueprint for meeting these challenges head-on, ensuring human contribution remains at the forefront of AI advancements.
“The best way to predict the future is to prepare for it,” said Biasi. “And that’s what AI + HI + Innovation—the ultimate skill stack—is all about. That, and empowering people to create, adapt, and lead in an ever-changing world.”
With Solvably and Credably.ai, Biasi isn’t just solving tomorrow’s problems. He’s building a world where learners at every stage of life can thrive—and lead.
